FRANKLIN ABODE

Built in 2005, this Franklin home had the potential to be spectacular. With high ceilings and a view you have to see to appreciate, this home was just waiting to be redesigned to its true potential. This was a complete remodel. The results are incredible.

MID CENTURY BEACH COTTAGE

We completely reimagined this 1950s Southern California beach bungalow. Taking it down to the studs, we reworked each room, lifted the living room ceiling and installed beams that looked as though they were there forever. The exterior of the home got a makeover as well. We love every inch of this cozy space!
