This idyllic Brentwood, TN farmhouse had tons of potential, but every inch required attention. We opened up the kitchen, reworked the downstairs footprint, redesigned each bathroom, replaced every fixture, door knob and finish and wrapped it up with an exterior facelift. The end result is simply stunning.

This happens to be a very special project - Meg's parents' (AKA "Grammy" & "Grandpa") home. Enjoy a sneak peek of the process and the big reveal. They lived out of state for the entire renovation so the reveal was extra special.
FRANKLIN ABODE
Built in 2005, this Franklin home had the potential to be spectacular. With high ceilings and a view you have to see to appreciate, this home was just waiting to be redesigned to its true potential. This was a complete remodel, which included relocating the kitchen to a whole different space. The results are incredible.
MID CENTURY BEACH COTTAGE
We completely reimagined this 1950s Southern California beach bungalow. Taking it down to the studs, we reworked each room, lifted the living room ceiling and installed beams that looked as though they were there forever. The exterior of the home got a makeover as well. We love every inch of this cozy space!
